Features

1. High abrasion resistance

The carbon content of the chemical composition in the alloy layer is 4~6%, the chromium content is as high as 25~30%, the microstructure volume fraction of Cr7C3 carbide is more than 45%, the macro hardness is HRC56-62, and the hardness carbide of chromium is HV1400~ 1800, higher than the hardness of sand quartz in HV800~1200. Since carbides are vertically distributed along the direction of wear, even when compared with casting alloys of the same composition and hardness, the wear resistance is more than doubled.

2. Good impact resistance

The bottom layer of the wear resistant cco plate is low carbon steel or low alloy. Tough material such as stainless steel, and shows the superiority of bimetallic, with a medium wear resistance wear layer and medium wear layer under medium load, so it has good impact resistance. Can withstand the conveyor system under the high hopper and other impacts and wear.

3. Good heat resistance

The wear-resistant layer is recommended to be used under working conditions below 600°C. If a vanadium alloy layer such as molybdenum alloy is added to withstand high temperature wear below 800°C, the recommended temperature is as follows: ordinary carbon steel substrates are recommended to be used at a temperature not higher than 380°C; low alloy The heat-resistant steel plate (15 crmo, 12 cr1mov, etc.) is recommended to use the substrate not higher than 540℃; the heat-resistant stainless steel substrate is recommended to be used not higher than 800℃.

4. Good corrosion resistance. The wear resistant cco plate has a high proportion of chromium-containing metal alloy layer. It has good corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance. It can be used in coal tanks, hoppers, etc. to prevent coal agglomeration.
