XR® The two-pass lightweight polyurethane cleaner is suitable for conveyor
cleaning in various environments.
XR®The second-pass light polyurethane cleaner is a second-pass cleaner set up in
the cleaning system to enhance the cleaning effect. It is installed in the return
section behind the machine head drum. It is often called a second-pass cleaner or a
secondary cleaner. Its main function is to remove the residual tiny materials that
remain on the belt after being cleaned by the first-level cleaner.
The two-pass lightweight polyurethane cleaner is suitable for cleaning all belts
with a conveyor belt width of 400~2200mm.
The scraper of the secondary cleaner is made of polyurethane material, which has
the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, hydrolysis resistance,
no damage to the belt, no sticking to materials, and long service life.
The unique herringbone blade design is suitable for belt conveyors running in both
directions.
