Rubber ceramic plate for applications where moving objects such as chute, hopper, pipe, conveyor belt and production system slide on the surface. When an object slides on the material, it slowly wears off the parts until there are no residues. In high-wear environments, this often happens and causes many expensive problems. By using incredibly hard materials such as alumina ceramics as sacrificial linings, the main structure is preserved, and alumina can withstand longer wear and tear before it needs to be replaced.

Alumina ceramic brick can be customized to specific sizes and shapes to perfectly fit almost any existing system. Rubber Ceramic Plate is often bonded in place using high performance adhesives.
