Description

The Ceramic Rubber Composite Plate is a thermal vulcanization process, which vulcanizes the toughened wear-resistant ceramic and rubber together to form a rubber ceramic two-in-one lining, and then uses a high-strength organic adhesive to bond the lining to the inner shell steel plate of the device. On top, a strong and cushioning wear layer is formed. It combines the advantages of high hardness of ceramics and high cushioning and anti-fatigue performance of rubber, which can well solve the problem of equipment wear during the transportation of large materials. The addition of rubber, besides having good anti-wear and anti-corrosion effects, can also prevent production stoppage and reduce noise due to material accumulation.

It is also possible to directly vulcanize the toughened wear-resistant ceramic sheet and special rubber on the steel plate with countersunk head bolts to form a three-in-one type Ceramic Rubber Composite Plate of various shapes, which is convenient for installation and replacement.

Applications

Ceramic Rubber Composite Plate is used as a wear-resistant lining for material conveying equipment under normal temperature environment and can withstand a certain amount of material impact.
Such as silos, hoppers, mixers, coal hoppers, coal pipes, raw coal bins, coal mill inlet and outlet pipes, chutes, etc.

Charactures

Ceramic Rubber composite plate adopts thermal vulcanization process to vulcanize the toughened ceramic sheet in the steel plate groove equipped with special rubber, and the steel plate groove is equipped with countersunk head bolts. Ceramic rubber composite plate is a customized product and can be made into various shapes. According to the wear condition, various thicknesses of composite materials are selected to make the lining board to form a strong wear-resistant layer. The working temperature of this product is -50℃-100℃.
