The composite wear-resistant steel plate has high hardness and needs to be assembled and welded when making wear-resistant products. The following processes can be used.

  1. Determination of assembly welding process of composite wear-resistant steel plate
  2. Composite wear-resistant steel plate, with a thickness of 20-40mm, beveled according to the drawings, and require 50mm on both sides of the groove to be free of impurities such as water, oil, and rust.
  3. The selection of welding consumables is to prevent welding cracks and reduce welding seam coatings. The welding consumables should be of the same strength as the welding consumables and use mixed gas shielded welding. The welding wire should be KN60 high wear-resistant welding wire with a diameter of 1.2mm.
  1. Use mixed gas.
  2. Process parameters of mixed gas shielded welding:
  3. Protective gas Ar80% CO220%
  4. Welding wire diameter Ф1.2mm
  5. Welding current 140 ~ 280 / A
  6. Welding voltage 30 ~ 32 / V
  7. Welding speed 0.6cm / s
  8. Control of welding stress and deformation of composite wear-resistant steel plate

In the welding process, effectively preventing the stress and deformation of the components during the welding process is another key to ensuring the welding quality. After spot welding the parts according to the drawing position during the welding process, ensure that the size is consistent with the drawing, and the welding method of symmetric multilayer multi-pass welding is used to ensure appropriate welding process parameters, which can effectively prevent welding deformation.

  1. After welding, it can be beaten around the weld to eliminate and spread stress.
  2. Welding defects should be repaired completely. Welding defects should be completely removed. They can be machined or polished with angle grinding wheels. The grooves should be suitable. The range of preheating, layer temperature and afterheating during repair welding should be appropriately relaxed.
  3. Technological measures should be strictly formulated, and strict inspections should be conducted to ensure the welding quality.
