The surfacing wear-resistant layer generally accounts for 1/3 ~ 1/2 of the total thickness. For example, commonly used 6 + 4 composite wear-resistant steel plate specifications, the wear-resistant layer is 4 mm thick, the carbon steel substrate is 6 mm thick, and the wear-resistant layer accounts for 4/10 of the total thickness.
