Description
The 92% alumina ceramic plate,alumina ceramic mat,alumina ceramic tiles and abrasion resistance is sintered at a high temperature above 1530 ℃, and is designed with high-purity ultrafine alumina powder as the raw material according to the optimized formula. They are usually installed in the wear area of certain material conveying equipment, like coal preparation equipment, etc. and are used as material contact surfaces to withstand the following wear and impact.

Technical Details
Alumina Ceramic Mat is of high wear resistance, acid and alkli resistance, effectively prolong the service life of equipment and considered to be the best choice of anti-wearing and anti-corrosion material; Wear resistance of ceramic is 266 times than that of special manganese, 171.5 times to high chrome cast iron; Hardness is much higher than that of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.
