What is a alumina ceramic wear-resistant lining?
Alumina wear-resistant ceramic lining bricks are made of high-purity alumina in sintering of kiln, such as: raw material ball milling, fine powder spraying, hydraulic dry pressing, isostatic pressing, electric tunnel kiln sintering, and finally quality inspection. Generally, alumina wear-resistant ceramic lining bricks can be divided into several types according to their content and use method. The typical group is 92%, 95%, 99%, ZTA. With high hardness, low density, good abrasion resistance and other characteristics, Alumina Ceramic Tube is widely used in ball mill liners, cement powder coal pulverizing system, power plants, pneumatic conveying, lithium battery production and other fields.

XR’s Alumina ceramic tube is an ideal wear solution to solving the abrasion and corrosion problems for mining, chemical, cement, power plant and pneumatic conveying. The pipe usually consists of super anti-abrasion ceramic linings, carbon steel pipe or stainless steel pipe (304L 314L, 316L). All the ceramic linings and ceramic sleeves are specially designed with CAD which best suits the inside dimension of the pipe, finally it formed a super anti-abrasion layer.
